BIGGBY COFFEE

I tried this place out as I love coffee and get starbucks at least once a day, I kept repeating iced latte so there was no confusion but the girl who took my order seemed upset I was there or she had a customer ? I asked for extra hazelnut and if they had liquid sugar, she said yes but immediately when I got the drink I knew she used regular sugar on a hot latte I was given because of the less sweetness. Even when I tried to correct her at the window about my drink, she said “I heard hot so “ and closed the window… I get coffee everyday and never hot, I was polite and still got treated like I should have never gone.

I got an iced mint mocha, when my drink was handed to me there was almost no ice in it and I did not ask for light ice. My drink was so watered down and had almost zero flavor. 😬

I waited over 35 minutes in line, I wish they would let you know that was going to be the case. Perhaps they need a "anticipated wait time" sign like at cedar point. I will never go here again or recommend it.

This biggby is good, I just wish that when you ordered a bagel and asked for cream cheese to be put on the bagel they actually did it. I asked for this in the drive through and ended up with the cream cheese in the bag. how can I put that on, while I am driving. This happens all the time at this particular biggby, which is frustrating
