BIGGBY COFFEE

Went for the first time this morning. This is now where I go to get coffee. Quit going to your competitor around the corner because they serve lukewarm coffee. Not only was my coffee hot, but it was good. Its also $1 cheaper than your competitor, and is a better product This place still rocks. Went to their St Mary's location earlier in the day and was upset getting cold coffee. Asked the Celina location when it was made, told them why I asked, and they offered to give me the coffee for free. Told them it wasn't their fault, so I wanted to pay for mine. But I was grateful for the offer, and got a good cup of coffee

Update: Great vegan options! Barrista was very helpful and accommodating. I had an iced latte with vanilla syrup and oat milk, a matcha latte with coconut milk, and an iced Chai with vanilla syrup instead of honey and almond milk. All were divine and OMG the vegan bagel option with a meatless pattie and cheese alternative is Scrumptious! Highly recommended!

Half the time we get coffee ☕️ from there it tastes like chemicals, it's like they wash or sanitize but they do not rinse. There has been times taking first drink I almost vomited its not safe to buy from them others I work with have noticed it to . So if you want to drink a cup of sanitizer and chemicals and get sick this is the place for it. Friendly staff but they need trained better. This town needs the coffee pot like Greenville has best coffee ever !

I work in customer service and I would never sit and chat with the a customer while in drive thru and giggle and laugh while you have cars waiting . It doesn’t matter what time I go thru Bigby anymore I have to wait twice as long because the girls are all chatting with their friends in the drive thru. It’s ridiculous!

Always have a great experience, even if my drink gets messed up they fix it right away.
