Biggby Coffee

My friend got the snow mint mocha. It seems to be like what the peppermint white mocha from Starbucks. Only not good. I asked for 2 of the snowmen decorated cookies and I got 2 chocolate chip cookies. Those were good though. I ordered a white hot chocolate with Carmel and got I have no idea, some weird thing with teddy bear. Made no sense at all. Got a refund on my drink because it was a bit confusing what I ordered I guess from what they said.

Great coffee shop that put Starbucks to shame. The coffee is fresh, employees are friendly and very helpful, and the atmosphere is casually relaxing. Their prices are a little higher, BUT!!! Their Medium is as much as a Starbucks Venti or a Duncan Large. Unfortunately I did not try any of their food options but from what I saw on the faces of other customers, they were enjoying what they has. So take a moment out of your day and give them a try. You most likely will have a new coffee shop and ditch all the others.

Britt and Brooke were terrific! I had just been denied by another coffee shop brand that is close to the Biggby for a purchase of a catering size hot chocolate on a day when it was 17* outside. I went to Biggby and that HAPPILY fulfilled my order and their hot chocloate is made with steamed milk, not just a mix and hot water! The guys working outside in those frigid conditions were glad to have a delicious hot chocolate that the other brand refused sell me. Biggby is Big on community and proved that to me. They won me over.

New coffee shop in Cartersville. I have been inside and through the drive-thru. Amazing service both ways. Inside has a paper with all the different flavor combinations (there are so many! I love that you can ask for light flavor as I like my drinks less sweet. My boys love the magic milk and bagels. All the lattes and cold brews I have tried were excellent. My husband is not a big coffee drinker, but approved of the matcha and energy drinks. Definitely give it a try!

Wonderful coffee and staff! Cisco definitely elevated the experience. He was so kind and welcoming. As soon as he walked into the cafe, the entire energy shifted! He put a smile on everyone’s face. He was so encouraging and supportive with the staff. Yall have to check it out! Ask for Cisco if you want an amazing coffee!
