Great customer service... friendly no matter how early in the morning. Pleasant experience... always accommodating. All smiles but it feels genuine not fake... shoutout to Shannon, Kaycee and Steph! BRYAN BIGGBY ROCKS!!! I go to a few different stores in a 50 mile radius, including Michigan, and Bryan Ohio is the BEST! By far really! The staff are amazing and always an absolute pleasure to see. They go above and beyond for their "regulars" and truly strive to ensure you have the best experience, and COFFEE 😊, from time of ordering to the time of driving away. Keep rocking it ladies, and gent! ❤️ You ALL are AMAZING! ❤️ Shout out to the manager here too! It takes a strong person to lead a great team and Bryan Biggby has that too! Great job, Cassy! Not a readily accessable location whatsoever. Drove right by and will take my business elsewhere. Poor planning by whoever decided to have only one entrance when there is a side road...
