BIGGBY COFFEE

Thank you so much Katelyn at Belding Biggby for the extra encouragement for my interview this morning, for helping me feel more positive for it and for creating a safe space while I prepared my headspace for my day!! This is way above and beyond what I have come to expect from this location and your kindness made my eyes wet. Everytime you’re working I know my horchata is going to taste great too. I hope you stay a long, long time!! Tytyty for all you do!!

Nobody in line when I pulled up this AM. Ordered 2 coffee's and 2 Bagels Pull up to the window pay. Im used to waiting abnormally long but after 15 minutes and the entire drive thru completely full a lady comes to the window and asks me If I had something I didnt order and if I had paid. Kindly 2 her I ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. Another 5 or so minutes comes by finally food comes out drinks come out like 3 or 4 minutes after that. Are yall making one item at a time? Also, I don't mind waiting patiently when I know the product is going to be as order but yall its like you dumped an entire bottle of herseys syrup in this cup and froze it. Absolutely no taste of coffee. It shouldnt take 20 minutes to get take out when nobodies inside or outaide when you arrive. Overall pretty poor expe

Usually I love biggby but their matcha is so gross, none of the other matcha drinks that I have had tasted that awful. I tried ordering their matcha a few different times it is always bad. 5/5 for all other drinks -100/5 Matcha…

I don't know what has happened here in the last 2 months or so, but there are issues. It takes an inexplicable amount of time to get coffee, and my last 3 food orders have has issues. This morning I ordered a turkey, bacon, cheddar bragel only to get to work miles away (so too far to go back) and find out there was no turkey on my sandwich.

Parking is tight and the drive through is very tight also if you have a large vehicle it makes it hard. However friendly staff an if you go inside its a really cute little sitting area.
