Kait and Elle are absolutely amazing! They greeted me as soon as I walked in and help me decide on my drink Choice quickly and expertly. Definitely will be a return customer for sure! They deserve massive promotions and raises!
I am not a coffee drinker so I was unsure what to order. The 3 ladies you had working were very helpful and done with smiles. This location is the Lake Michigan Drive and 48th Ave. I was there 01.07.2026 around 1 pm. Thank you ladies!!! Kimberly Vaandering Rn
Workers were very nice, but so understaffed!!! Line out the door and only two employees barely getting by. Management needs to figure out how to staff this location better.
The barista was kind and got our order correct. I think she needs more help though… only 1 person for 4 patrons. Also, this location needs the carpets shampooed, cushion -chairs cleaned, etc.
My friends bagel was made with hatred, not love, and he could taste it. Did witness a couple break up tho and it was very entertaining
