Victoria is amazing :) My boyfriend and i have been coming mostly every other night and she has taken the time to get to know us and remember our drinks which makes everything go by faster and smoother. She has amazing customer service skills and is the only one who makes our drink perfectly!!

After waiting 20 min to get to the window, non of the employees made an effort to come to the window and ask us about the order. Than somebody showed up and announced she can not serve now because she need to clean for the next person working. I thought the food business must be clean the all time to provide uninterrupted and quality service especially when you are selling one cup of coffee that cost fraction one dollar Sham! This happens only on weekends on mornings. Managers , please pay attention.

My Girlfriend and I had the pleasure of being serviced my the Federal Way Assistant Manager! They were kindest person ever and got our drinks perfect. I’ve experienced lackluster customer service from other Bigfoot locations so having this amazing customer experience and conversation made our day! I’ve never been more pleased with a coffee shop than today! I hope they get their recognition.

Neither of the two baristas knew what a seasonal drink was even though it was on the menu flashing on the front. It was the largest highlighted drink…One suggested that she could Google it. Shows that apparently they are not well versed on the menu. We got 5 hot chocolates and a mocha and our barista was super confused and took several minutes to order. Our total visit for 6 drinks took over 18 minutes. I love to support local and smaller chains if possible but was not the best experience…

Saturday, October 18th, morning ~9am-ish. I visited Bigfoot Java. There were 3 friendly and personable girls on shift. There was a girl with purple highlights that made my drink: a raspberry white mocha. It was aesthetically beautiful and tasted really good!! She had me test it before I drove away. The staff was very nice! The service was fast! It’s one of my favorite Java places to visit! Every time I go there I get great drinks! I like the taste of their coffee served here! It’s high quality and doesn’t make my stomach hurt. Make sure you have a few minutes; bcuz this isn’t a fast food drive —thru where they just pour basic coffee over ice and you’re on your way.
