Big Wig Tacos

In Chicago for work and I popped in here for lunch after looking at the menu through the window! I'm so glad I did. Time was short but I didn't want greasy fast food and this place really delivered. I had two citrus agave skirt steak tacos and they were fantastic. The meat was juicy and tender. The flavours were authentic. The prices are great. Everything had a homemade taste, and service was lightning fast and friendly.

I have to update this post. The burrito did have enough meat, It was improperly wrapped. There was all beans on one half of the burrito and the other half was beans. The flavor was amazing. The preparation of the burrito was not up to my personal standards.

So simple and so good. Juicy and tasty tacos and burrito. (Steak is my fave) Cheese lover? Get there creamy queso sauce on the side. It’s to die for. It’s warm and very well seasoned. Great late night greasy food, or dinner and this place is open 24/7. Workers are also chill and good vibes!

Casual dining; excellent food, bright open eating area. I ordered the tacos, authentic Mexican so delicious 🤤 but a bit small. Great option while downtown.

A MIRACLE after a long night of dancing!! I needed to refuel with something filling, tasty and nutritious, and Big Wig came through!!! Was just a short walk from where I'm staying, and the fact it's open 24hrs SAVED me at almost 3am. The service was wonderful--the lady working the register was super nice!! I got the chicken bowl, and oh my lord, I eat a lot of chicken tex mex bowls, but this was seriously delicious!! Filling and tasted very fresh, even the chips! The vibe was also very chill and peaceful which was perfect to relax as I wound down. 😌 I also got to try their homemade horchata--SO GOOD!! I asked for their recommendation, so they did a mix of the strawberry and original--yes made with REAL strawberries--and it was like strawberry milk, but 100' better!! What a treat!! Truly c
