I've had Carl at Big Red's host 3 corporate events for me now ranging from 50-75 people and all have been a huge hit. Everyone loves the food! It's a great addition to any corp. event. I couldn't recommend them more!

We hired Big Red's to cater an 84th Birthday and they absolutely delivered! Everyone raved about the pulled pork and chicken - so flavorful and tender. The mac n cheese was creamy and delicious, and the cornbread? Hands down the best we've had - moist, just the right touch of sweetness. Good and tasty! The owner was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about the food and service he provides. It's wonderful to see a new local business that puts heart into their work. If you’re looking to elevate any event, Big Red’s Pig Party is truly the way to go! Guests are always blown away, lining up for seconds and talking about it long after the party ends. I know I’m supposed to say this because I’m related to them but Carl and Timmy are doing an excellent job with this. They recently did my girlfriend’s graduation party and everything turned out great. Everyone there loved the pig and had an awesome time. The way Carl smokes the pig is fun to watch. It was a really fun experience and the service was great. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a large party catered.
