Big E's Kitchen

Overall I would say that we were disappointed in the dishes that we ordered. We tried the atchafalaya (fried catfish on a bed of crawfish etouffe) and jambalaya. The dishes seemed cool or cold, and came out really quick the combination of both of this leads me to believe it was precooked food that was reheated. It was salty but not as flavorful as I would have liked. The fish was good. I suspect their better dishes are the catfish basket and the burger so I would prefer those and avoid the other dishes.

Food was delicious! My husband loved his Big E's Burger; it had bacon, sautéed onions, mushrooms, fried egg, and hash browns on the burger. I enjoyed the fried fish plate; it will make 3 meals for me! The owner and staff were very pleasant and helpful! We will be back!!

Fantastic! Wish I would have got a picture of the food but couldn't put the food down long enough to snap some. The fried fish was so good I thought it was sunday after church and I went to the back looking for granny! O and they have ice cream, enjoy!

Big E restaurant is a consistently great place to eat. I usually use their drive though for pickup. They give my dogs free pup cups so my dogs love Big E's also lol.
