Big Dave's Cheesesteaks

Being generous here by offering a 2. The sandwich I got was fine, was soggy by the time I made it home (it’s a cheesesteak so kind of expected) but it still had decent flavor. The fries I got were awful though, they didn’t even seem to be cooked fully. No exaggeration when I say it was like biting into a raw potato. All of that would have been fine had I not dropped almost 30 dollars on a footlong sandwich and fries….it’s egregiously priced for no reason at all. A footlong sandwich has no right being 16 dollars I don’t really care how good it is. Needless to say, been there done that, will not be returning.

One word, PHENOMENAL!!! I’m a pescatarian. If you don’t know what that is, I only eat fish. With that said the salmon cheese Philly is absolutely delicious in every way!! The bread, salmon, cheese, onions, mushrooms and green peppers went together like a magnificent symphony! On top of the AMAZING food, Tayler was a delight in every aspect of professionalism. She took time explaining, understanding and give the upmost hospitality! She carry her self very professional and is truly a servant leader!! Tayler/ Big Dave we will be back and bringing many with us!!!

I was really hoping that I was going to love this place, but this is not the case. First off, all the staff in there today need customer service training, just horrible. As I walked in no one greeted me, there was a person at the soda machine with her back turned, when she realized I was standing at the counter she did speak, all of the other staff said nothing. Finally a different person approached the register she acted as if she didn’t want to be there. I started my order off by first letting her know I’d never been here, and wanted to know if they had cheesesteak fries, she first said no then another girl said yes we have them they are on the menu. I said ok great, I ordered my wife a cheesesteak, I told the employee to fixed it however the original is made she asked if I want everythi

We decided to try Big Dave's for lunch. The person at the counter somewhat rushed us to place our order and wasn't particularly friendly. The dining room is very small and can only fit a few patrons. It was clean and the cook was very friendly when he came around to check on our meals. The cheese steaks were good but a couple of them were lacking on the filling. The fries were hot and crispy. Pricing was high for value received.

I ordered 2 cheese steaks 4 egg rolls (2 chicken 2 beef). The food was old!!! The Philly steak was cold, hard, no cheese bread hard. The egg rolls were hard and full of cheese NO MEAT! like the grease was old. I called and spoke to the general manager Todd he assured the food was fresh but I explained that wasn’t what I was looking at. He had a nasty attitude when I showed up to the store he offered a refund or remake food instead of both for the inconvenience his employees caused. Very unprofessional!!!
