Big Chic Downtown

I want to share my experience at Big Chick Downtown because the food is simply outstanding! On my last visit, I ordered the three-piece catfish plate and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is always served hot, which is a huge plus, and the customer service has consistently been good. However, I do have a suggestion for improvement. I’ve noticed that sometimes, if you call to place an order up to 45 minutes before closing, the staff might say they’ve run out of chicken or other items. It’s essential for them to keep the kitchen open until their stated closing time of 8:30 PM. This can be frustrating for customers who expect to order right up until closing. I am always on the look out for a good hot wing spot, let me tell you, Big Chic did not disappoint! They landed in my top 5 places ever for the best wings I’ve ever had! I know what I’ll be eating next time I’m in town! They were perfectly cooked, crispy and what I love the most….the sauce was cooked into the wing!

This location is a walk up window only service. Larger meals will take several minutes to prepare. The staff, all two of them, were very friendly.

I haven't been inside... always use drive-thru! Chick tenders are very good. Country fries, baked potatoes, coleslaw 😋 are my favorites. Fried okra a little too greasy.
