Steve and his employees are great people and amazing at BBQ. The ribs are the best we’ve had and the chicken breasts were a close second. Our kiddos couldn’t get enough of the Mac n cheese either. Such a great eating experience!

Anyone who enjoys great BBQ that is so good it has stood the test of time over the years will be more than pleased with the food, the flavor, and the service of this local legend! Mr. Waltz should take a hike!!! Obviously he has no idea what good cooking is, or what it is like to work a hot grill. I used to run the kitchen at a Texas Roadhouse, and I understand how picky people can be about clean service. The Big Boss uses a towel to wipe sweat, and heat safety gloves to protect his hands from the intense flames that sear the flavors into his food, which is deliciously cooked to perfection. Every year I visit my mother from out of town, I stand by to watch this hard working master at work. He has never used anything less than gloves and tongs to serve the masses that all gather in line
