The pizza was delicious. The last time I had Big Banjo pizza was in the 80s, & this was a flashback from the past. I ordered a large Super Supreme (no pepperoni, added pineapple), & it was perfect. The employees were a huge letdown. They rarely came to the counter, & then it was begrudgingly & without a smile. I didn’t mind having to wait for my pizza to be made (that’s common sense), but when I came in after the required 20 mins & was ignored, then found my pizza sitting off to the side (buffet area?), it was a bit frustrating. I had to ask if it was my pizza. Rotten customer service. There were a few tables occupied & a few people came in during the 20 mins I waited. The employees didn’t greet anyone nicely. Big Banjo Pizza Parlor is hands down the best spot for pizza in Pine Bluff! The crust is perfectly baked—crispy on the outside but soft and chewy inside—and they never skimp on the toppings. You can tell everything is made fresh, and the flavors are amazing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a fun, family-friendly vibe that makes you want to stay a while. The staff is always friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make sure everything is just right. I will not be eating here again. I habe a severe mushroom allergy and I told 2 different employees to ensure my safety and there will still mushrooms on the pizza. If you have food allergies dont eat here. They apparently dont care.

Traveling through Dumas, we randomly stopped for a quick bite on our way to Vicksburg, MS. Nathalie, our server was super attentive and friendly. We ordered a large, thick crust All Meat Pizza that was DELICIOUS. The crust and ranch was house made to perfection. We definitely didn’t leave hungry! Three adults, ate 3 slices each and took three to go! Thanks to the kind gentleman who purchased my Uncle, wearing his veteran hat, a drink! The bathrooms left much to be desired. Luckily, everything else surpassed that part. I had to hop back on and add how delicious the Pizza was as leftovers. I wish I had ordered a pizza to go because, WOW the pizza was even better cold!!! Thank you!

They have great food and service here, if you're hungry for pizza this is the place to go.
