Big Bad Wolf Barbeque BBQ

Got the food via DoorDash. We ordered brisket, ribs, pulled pork, wings and sides. The portions were good and the food was delicious! Not overly smoky but you can taste the smoke. Ribs were fall off the bone, brisket was extremely tender and juicy. Pulled pork was excellent as well. Try a few of their sauces too!

Had a cheeseburger and Mac and Cheese. I loved every second of it! The loaded fry is very tasty and an impressive portion for its price! The OG Barbecue wings were sweet and very tasty with Mac and Cheese. My whole table was beyond happy!

Chose this bbq place as opposed to other ones because the burnt ends looked so good in the pictures! Unfortunately on my visit, they were out of stock. Apparently the smoker wasn’t working earlier in the week. My girlfriend ordered the pulled pork with fries. I got the 2 meat combo with the ribs and brisket. Fries and Cole slaw on the side. We both ordered cornbread. Ribs were great! Well seasoned. A little dry but they were still flavorful. 7/10. The brisket was a disappointment. Very dry, lack in seasoning. Just seemed like it may have been sitting for a while. It’s unfortunate that once you experience having very good brisket, the times where it’s not up to par, it can ruin the whole meal. Fries were nice and crispy and salted. Cornbread was the saving grace! I could eat a whole pan!

Different Cheesesteak-Esque sandwich (#1199). My concern for brisket cheesesteaks has taken another turn. The seating area is fun and BBQ-themed. The young woman at the counter was very helpful. She recommended the baked beans and they were pretty darn tasty. I got the brisket cheesesteak. The brisket was sliced thin like traditional cheesesteak meat. Normal with brisket cheesesteaks I complain that the ‘other stuff’ (cheese, fried onions) take away from the brisket. This cheesesteak needed more of the ‘other stuff.’ Cheese was almost non-exsistent. BBQ was vinegary and mostly on the wrapper. I got pickles on it at the recommendation of the young woman at the counter. The few I tasted added greatly to the cheesesteak. I put my baked beans on my cheesesteak and that was awesome!

I have spent alot of money here. When you order the platters and you get baked beans as a side, you have to get it in the same container and it combines with all the other food. One time the baked beans were all mixed in with the coleslaw. I asked the owner if I can have the beans on the side and he said No. 2 other nurses and 4 cnas wanted to order platters and I had to cancel because I couldn’t get my beans on the side. The order would have been over $100. Born and raised in aston , and this is the first business where they didnt care about the profit! You lost out on money just because you couldn’t do the obvious, not mix baked beans with the meat and other side. Im mad because i love the brisket, but as expensive as it is i should be able to enjoy it .
