Customer Reviews
This place was recommended by a former Old Miss student. The pancakes were excellent. Especially with the peach jelly. The Big Bad Breakfast was OK. The ham is salt cured and was good but it was salty. The hash browns were a bit overdone. The atmosphere was interesting. Good place to eat. Just be aware of the ham and tell them to go easy on the hash browns.
Stopped by for breakfast and coffee this morning. I had scrambled eggs with cheese, crispy bacon, biscuit with sausage gravy, grits, and coffee. ☕️ My total came to $19 and some change. The food was great. These are some of the best grits I’ve had other than my own. The bacon was nice and crispy just like I requested. Three cups of coffee later and I finished my meal. The waitress was very friendly. We discussed the weather and mums. Nice little spot that definitely has that old timey diner feel. Vintage I’d say. I couldn’t afford to eat here often, but it’s great for an occasional splurge.
Very nice meal! Stopped for breakfast 11/30/25. It has a diner feel. We got the chicken and waffles and the cathead biscuit with sausage gravy. Both were amazing! Come check it out!!
Really solid spot. The poached eggs were perfect, and the shrimp and grits were a standout — great sauce, tons of flavor. The menu has a lot of Southern classics done right, but it still feels elevated. Easy place to come with friends, parents, or for a nicer brunch without it feeling stuffy.
Very unique and cozy place for breakfast or lunch. I finally got to try it out this past weekend and loved it! I got a customized omelette that included country ham, cheese, sautéed onions, chopped tomatoes, and bell peppers. It was very delicious and I highly recommend if you’re ever in Oxford.
