Bier and Loathing

We hosted our 10 year high school reunion at Bier and Loathing and it was a big hit! The atmosphere was great and it was nice to have billiards and arcade games for those who weren't interested in just drinking. Nikki, our event manager, was on top of every detail and made sure the night went smoothly. She was great with communicating and answering all of my detailed questions leading up to the event. Nikki was also flexible when I proposed something outside of their standard party packages, which was huge for us. The pricing for the event was fair - we had the space to ourselves for 3 hours on a Saturday night. Our bartenders were friendly and efficient, even with a full house. Finally, shout out to DJ Gabagool, who was a great karaoke host!

This is a great spot to hang out, very chill environment and awesome vibes. Warren is an awesome bartender, friendly and attentive. For a weeknight drink and few rounds of pinball or video games, can't beat it. Haven't tried too much food, but everything has been great so far, and I echo other positive reviews about the unexpectedly amazing cheese steak. Kids enjoy the sliders and mac n cheese balls. Love the rotating beers on tap too, plenty of local options. Again, shoutout to Warren behind the bar 👍🍻

We went for a happy hour with coworkers after the office on Friday. We had tacos, wings, and beers. Everything perfect. We did not play video games, but we saw many people playing. We did play pool in the basement and then we did karaoke. The host was great and the people very friendly. It is a great place to go with a group, it was not crowded and service was excellent (the cold help with that probably). We had a great time.

Any of the food I've ordered has been tasty and fresh, dare I say best French fries in W.C. uniquely cut and perfectly crispy! The staff is attentative and downright cool (yes, coolness matters). Karaoke night every weekend is well attended and there is plenty of space to mingle. Decent rotation of beers on tap and tasty signature drinks (green Lantern for the win). The arcade games and emulators provide plenty of variety for play.

Disappointed in what we thought our experience would be. About 50% of the games we played had issues. Issues ranged from eating our $, buttons not working, entire characters not functioning. While they will reimburse you it kind of feels like the point in coming is to enjoy the games so if the games aren’t functioning then it dampers the experience. Compared to other barcades We have been to this one ranks low. The food and drinks are good, though, So that helped. Just wish they would increase their game experience.
