Biemer's BBQ

When I pulled and exited my vehicle the smoked wood and meat smell was delightful. I walked in placed my order and only waited a few minutes. Everything was great, but the brisket was lukewarm. The fries were hot and tasty, the beans were excellent and I thought the ribs were delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

I really like this place. The staff is really friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I order the BBQ plate and my two meats where brisket and burnt ends. My sides were fries and baked beans. I also order a rib bone to try. The food was really good. ALL of the meat was tender and full of flavor. The fries were seasoned well and crispy. The baked beans were done just right, not overcooked like some places. I highly recommend 10/10

Great BBQ, Horrible service. We bought a huge order. Over $300. The service was terrible. At first they refused to provide any containers to take our food away in. We ordered a TON of food. Again, over $300 worth. They wanted us to take it away simply wrapped in aluminum foil with the foil in brown paper bags. Standing there begging for proper containers, the grease had already leaked through the paper bags and was getting on their counter! Their solution? Put it all in a cardboard box. Guess what? The grease leaked through that as well! We told them it would leak through the box and asked for proper containers. They said no. Now our car has meat grease stains from the lack of proper containers and the grease that leaked through the bags and the box. See photo. What a terrible way to t

Probably the best barbecue I’ve had here in Lawrence. It’s nice that I don’t have to drive all the way up to Casey to get good barbecue because it’s right here in my college town. I got the two meat dinner with ribs and brisket, fries and green beans and they were amazing. The ribs were juicy and tender, and fell right off the bone. The fried green beans were impeccable. I definitely will be back. If you have a chance, I highly recommend checking this place out for some good barbecue.

Great BBQ! PBR tall boys always cold and cheap. Friend pickles great people. Game is always on!! Drive thru is an option.
