The building is the old Courthouse that dates back to 1786. The court room is preserved upstairs, just ask for the brass key.
Oldest library in the state and situated inside one oldest Court Houses. Ask the liberian for the key. Yes, it's the old antique brass key and go upstairs and see history. Google George Washington Carolene. A murderer who shot himself inside. You can to this day hear two shots ring out from the upstairs.
Staff is always helpful. I enjoy the selections and the email alerts.
Very useful site to see all the exciting happening in the libraries.
