Beyond Pita

Beyond Pita is by far the best spot for fresh and flavorful food! The portions are generous, the ingredients taste really fresh, and the service is friendly and quick. A perfect place for a tasty meal whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Love this place

I stopped by Beyond Pita in Montclair, NJ, and ordered the chicken kabob sandwich. It was absolutely delicious the sandwich was packed full, juicy, and bursting with flavor in every bite. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond, constantly checking in to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. The combination of amazing food and outstanding service made the experience one I’ll definitely come back for!

The worst chicken shawrma sandwich I ever had in my life. Lettuce was old, turning yellow. The sandwich was dripping in sauce as if they attempted to hide the fact that their lettuce was bad and chicken flavorless. Sandwich came apart so fast. The two men that work there were rude too they didn’t tell me my sandwich was done I had to go to the counter to find it laying there, cold. I was standing in the store the whole time, he claimed he was going to give it to me when he was done stocking the bags…… he could have just given me it by taking one bag out instead of me waiting until he stocked the entire box out. I’m not sure what I did to trigger his rude behavior but it’s a shame that as a middle easterner I couldnt enjoy a close “Mediterranean “ place by me. To top it all off, the sandwic

I've been ordering from this local spot for over 15 years. I've always loved it. Recently their prices have gone up, which I get with the cost of many things going up. But with those increases I find it hard to believe the owner, who is often there, couldn't still give his customers their food in a bag. Now they want you to pay extra for a bag to carry your food out it. What a joke, I thought his employee was kidding if she asked me if I wanted a bag. I said yes of course, thank you and then she told me she would have to charge me to the bag. I said, no thanks. I'll carry it out since customers aren't given "a bag" for their food here. It's a shame, foolish move to save a few pennies.

I'm a huge shawarma fan but not so easy to find them in NJ. We were in the neighborhood so we stopped by. Small place (which we love) no seating. We both ordered a shawarma, it was good - I ordered mine with everything which I think was too much in one pita. I usually get shawarma when I'm in Canada, I'm used to more pickled veggies, garlic sauce etc... The other menu items looked good.
