Go inside and meet the staff. The look and feel of the drive-through mistakenly gives you an older outdated feel, but the inside makes up for it. The service, food, and seating are good. Cleanliness is good. Self-service juice machines might need replacing. It doesn't look clean, but everything else in this place including the merchandise, cups, gift bags, etc. Is great. This place would have been 5 stars had it not been for the self-service juice area.

People should know by now that I love bagels they have onion bagel that's filled with onions and cheese on top the jalapeno bagel I have not tasted it yet because I arrived at 3:00 and they're closing at 3:00 they have stacks cookies papers are glad the menu have everything nice clean atmosphere clean bathroom that I have pictures.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the staff is VERY unprofessional but friendly, but it makes because when I was there I witnessed Mr Puiia yelling at his employees because they mixed the new and old butter or something to that effect. I felt really bad because she was embarrassed. I think it should’ve been handled more professionally. Also I usually come in around 2pm and the bagels are hard smh. Fancy bagels in Southington is WAY better and consistent.

My new favorite obsession 🤭 I’ve been CRAVING a good garlic bagel for awhile now but not a lot of places have them or make it the way I like them (the crunchy pieces on top are EVERYTHING) but I finally caved about 2 weeks ago and ordered (uber eats girlie here) from you for the first time and there’s no going back for me! You are officially my go to bagel spot 🩷

First time eating here. I'm happy, my mouth is happy and so is my stomach. The food here is fresh tasting , the bagels are delicious and the portions are perfect. Totally satisfied and Overall a 10/10 will come back again ;D
