Betty’s is the best! All time favorite food truck! I ALWAYS order the Shrimp Po Boy no tomatoes! ❤️❤️❤️ They recently added shrimp nachos and they were AMAZING!
I ordered the totchos at the fall harvest and absolutely love them keep trying to remember what was in it to make my own at home but just can’t remember

Been wanting shrimp po boy for years but hard to find in Minnesota. Fresh, hot, vegetables fresh and crisp. Sauce is the perfect complement.
