Betty's Confections

Amazing! I worked with Betty on a cake design for my wife's 60th Birthday. My wife is a Children's Media Tech in the Huron Valley Schools. Betty went beyond our expectations! The pictures in this review do not clearly show all the fine crafted detail that went into this special cake. On the outside of the cake were my wife's favorite children book titles (displayed as book binder). Betty took the painstaking time to write all the titles on the cake which was not an easy feat. And yes, the cake tasted amazing! Very good communication and the cake was delivered to my house! Highly recommend for any occasion.

She did a cake for my son's birthday and it was absolutely perfect! So talented! She had it done before the time she originally told me. No delays and it turned out better than the picture I gave her.

Thank you Betty for the two tier cake and cupcakes. Not only were they adorable they were equally delicious! Not to mention I called on a short notice and Betty got it done and delivered to my baby shower.

My friend had a birthday and she loves sloths with dinosaurs as a close second. I asked Betty for a cake with a sloth on it (something she said she had never done), but it was a very short notice request, so if she couldn't do something with a sloth, then something with a dinosaur would work. This is what she came up with (a sloth riding a dinosaur) and I loved it! More importantly, my friend loved it! I truly appreciated Betty for coming through on such short notice, and especially her creativity!

I ordered a two tier woodland themed cake for my daughters baby shower, the bottom tier chocolate and the top tier Italian creme cake. It was not only beautiful, it was absolutely delicious and moist! Everyone loved it!
