We managed to stop by before they closed up for the season. Both the seafood and chicken gumbo was absolutely delicious. The best food available in downtown Johnstown by far. The gumbo was so good after finished it we ordered 3 more to take home! We’re eagerly waiting for them to re-open and see what they add to the menu. Personally I look forward to some spicy plates. Downtown has almost nothing hotter than a McDonald’s spicy chicken sandwich

Great gumbo, perfect spice levels! Stopped for a quick lunch and was left fulfilled and satisfied after gumbo and ice cream. Will definitely stop again when we are next in Johnstown.

What an amazing addition to downtown! So many great flavors of ice cream to choose from and some of the best gumbo I’ve ever had in my life.

Wow, we stopped on a whim. It was great. My son is an adventurous eater so he was happy with the bistro offerings, I'm more of an ice cream lady, so we were both happy. We'll stop again if we're down there again.
