Better Health Market & Cafe

The Southgate facility, situated on Eureka Road, requires a comprehensive cleaning. The current condition of the facility suggests an unclean, cluttered and disorganized environment. We consistently observe outdated items displayed on the shelves. There is always a recurring discrepancy between the advertised price and the price registered at the point of sale. The entire staff would benefit from coaching and training in customer service.

We've found many healthy options at BHS in several of their locations. Their selection of organic veggies is somewhat limited but unique for the area. Wish store was larger with more pantry and produce staples.

The Southgate location is the very best and the staff make it so. I probably would not go as often as I do if it were not for the professionalism and the amazingness of the staff. I hope they get paid accordingly! Tonya is the most amazing chef around and she could own her own place - Better Health is lucky to have her. Other staff members include Bernadette, with amazing knowledge of all things supplements, Janet, Justine, Kate, Nathan and so many more names I could mention - their consistency and dedication to showing up and making a great experience for the customers makes this store one of the best places to grocery shop and this particular location is the best one of all the Better Health stores.
