Better Buzz Coffee Orange

The coffee was decent, though on the expensive side for what you get. The location itself is nice and pleasant, which is a plus. However, the service could use some improvement, I had to wait several minutes before being acknowledged and having my order taken. Overall, an okay experience, but better attentiveness from staff would make a difference.

Very welcoming coffee spot for students and non students alike. many many options for coffee for any taste so there’s definitely something for everyone! Staff is really nice, attentive and quick with the orders and I got my coffee in less than 3 minutes when it was busy. Enjoy the vibes and is a very study friendly space. Been to a couple of their locations and this one is by far my favorite, 10/10 !

The second I saw Better Buzz was coming to Orange, my wife and I were unbelievably excited. We’ve loved Better Buzz ever since our first visits to San Diego—long before they ever made it to Orange County—so seeing a location open just four minutes from our home was huge for us. We were there on opening day and have been back almost every day since. The coffee is absolutely on point, the staff is great, and the vibe is exactly what we hoped for. I’m also super stoked that they open early and stay open late. They’re always there when I need them, whether it’s a morning pick-me-up or a late coffee run. Happy Grand Opening to Better Buzz Coffee's newest location in Orange! I visited late on grand opening day. They were offering free stickers and reusable cups for the first 200 customers or while supplies last. Parking: There's a medium sized parking lot in the back. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss. This location also has a drive thru. Ambiance/Environment: They have a large space inside with plenty of indoor seating. Very clean inside. I love the quotes on the walls. It's perfect for fun photo opportunities. The theming is on point as well. It does get busy in the morning. Their drive thru line can get long, which makes it difficult to get a parking spot and getting out. Service: During my first visit, the cashier that assisted me was nice. I had a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional, and the staff members were incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The manager, John, was especially helpful and made the entire process go seamlessly. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I placed a large pick-up order for an early pick-up, and everything was accurate and ready on time, which I truly appreciated. The pastries were fresh and absolutely delicious. The two Java -To-Go coffee travelers (medium and dark roast) were brewed perfectly—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. I also loved the variety of creamers available, which made it easy to accommodate everyone’s preferences. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be ordering again for any other event.
