This is a must. Everything was delicious. The service was fantastic. We had 5:15 reservations and showed up a little early and was sat right away. We ordered the crudo, cheese and focaccia, NY strip, cabbage and potatoes. The cabbage was to die for. Perfect amount of food for 2 people. We even called it off with the cobbler. I wasn't very impressed though. It was cold and somewhat burnt at the same time. All in all it was a great dinner out. Get all the sides and share. Maybe skip on desert. But everything else was perfect.
We ordered the crudo, caesar salad, tri tip, and gnocchi. Crudo tasted fresh, The greens in the salad was watery, I loved it.. but the red cabbage was a bit too bitter. Equal ratio might have been the best. The Steak tasted soooo good —highly recommend, makes me wonder what the ribeye would taste like. The cobbler was a 12/10 , so crunchy and moist would def come back to try other dishes.
Loved the vibe. The Caesar salad was excellent, the steak and pork chop were juicy and delicious, and the live-fire cooking was amazing. The service was warm and friendly, and the counter seating is a must-try.
Second time I've been here and even better than the last. Drove up from Irvine when in town from Seattle for work and worth the trip. Go, sit at the bar, and get away for an hour or two and experience one of the best meals you'll have on the west coast.
Holy Moly, what an amazing experience! Normally I am a bit nervous on places that have hype, but trust me this place is special. Most everything is cooked on some sort of fire from the veggies to bread to the meat, which for sure is the star of the show, which you see the chefs cooking right there in the dining space. Atmosphere was lively, mostly smaller tables as the space is small inside. Service was five stars from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. Pricing was not bad based on the size of the portions and the quality of the ingredients which were top notch. Such a local gem, they deserve all the support and love after all the terrible fires in this community. The number one thing I would recommend, as of Dec 2025 you need a reservation for this place - book early and
