Berry Patch Bed & Breakfast

We held our sister's baby shower here 1/24/26 and it was lovely. We rented the sunroom to host about 50 people with plans to have a soup bar, dessert table, and hot drink bar. We were able to have every sit in the sunroom along with a prize table, dessert table, gift table, and photo backdrop area. It was a little tight when everyone was sitting down, but still very comfortable. We brought our own food, but had the venue in charge of the hot drinks which they stayed on top of refilling. I was concerned the room would be cold since it was in the negatives outside with the windchill, but they had the fire place going and an extra heater running when we arrived that we turned off right before the guests arrived that helped keep the room very comfortable. I stayed here unexpectedly after extreme winter temperatures made it impossible to stay in the tiny cabin I originally booked on the same property. The owner was incredibly accommodating and moved us into the bed-and-breakfast without hesitation. I’m so grateful she did — it turned out to be a wonderful stay. The home is charming, warm, and comfortable. The meals were delicious, clearly made with care, and really added to the experience. The property itself is gorgeous with phenomenal views all around. Even though the circumstances were unplanned, I ended up feeling spoiled by how relaxing and welcoming everything was. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway hosted by someone who truly cares about her guests.

We’ve stayed at a lot of B&Bs - this one is special. Cute, clean, comfortable rooms and an amazing homemade breakfast, courtesy of Karen and her mom. Ours included ham and cheese omelets, homemade bread, and amazing homemade cinnamon rolls! Happy to recommend the Berry Patch.

My boyfriend and I had a great overnight stay. We were in town for a wedding and rather than stay at the suggested hotel we booked a bed and breakfast stay. The house is gorgeous on the inside and outside and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was very delicious, fresh and warm. We enjoyed chatting with the others who were there and Karen. Karen was a great host and sweet to talk to. Our bedroom was the perfect size for our overnight stay. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub (my bf loved it but says bigger is better too lol). I loved plopping in the bed at night... it was like a cloud. We had the most amazing experience at The Berry Patch Bed & Breakfast for our wedding weekend!!! Not only did we use it as our venue and catering, but we also stayed there—it was the perfect setting for our small, intimate 35-person sunflower wedding, and Karen made it all happen🌻 From the start, she was so helpful—organizing a venue tour and tasting during the planning process, and later helping with setup and making everything run smoothly. The food was incredible: delicious breakfasts, amazing cookies, mac and cheese, charcuterie boards, and a fantastic dinner. Guests are still raving about it!
