First time and we went with a group of 7. Birthday celebration dinner at 8 pm on a Friday night. Service was AMAZING. Jeremiah went the extra mile in all aspects of service. Food was good! Favorite was the sirachi shrimp. Monte Cristo excellent and different. Deep fried with powdered sugar and jam for dipping. Burgers were good, all food came out hot. We had appetizers, drinks, desserts, full meals, dipping sauces and the whole works for $200. For 7 people! Not too shabby IMO. Clean space including the bathroom. Attached to the Holiday Inn.
Nicki was amazing. Exceptional service. I had the baked potato soup and asked for it without bacon. Nicki let me know there was bacon cooked into the soup. I gave it a shot - too much bacon for me. I also had the club sandwich, it was huge and tested good. The broccoli had a lot of brown on it so i didn’t eat it. My husband had the cheesesteak and French onion soup. Said both were good. Clean bathrooms. Again Nicki was fantastic.
All the food is fantastic but the turkey O'Toole by far tops the charts in my opinion Best sandwich almost anywhere. What are the staff is pleasant and friendly and funny. The restaurant is clean and contemporary. Parking lot is huge plenty of parking. Kid friendly or snuckered friendly (at the bar). And a good mixed genre of background music.
The last time that I dined at Bennigan's was in Atlanta in the 1990's. My go to meal was the Monte Cristo sandwich. I ordered it today, and it did not disappoint. It was cooked to perfection. It is honey wheat bread layered with tender ham, roasted turkey, Swiss and American cheeses. Batter-dipped, gently fried and coated with powdered sugar. Served with red raspberry preserves for dipping. We also had the Cheesy Potato Skins and Hogan's Egg Rolls for an appetizer. Both were well prepared and delicious. Our server was very attentive and super friendly. I recommend this dining experience.
We were surprised how wonderful the food was. At a reasonable price. Great service. Huge plates of food. I highly recommend eating here.
