The decor is beautiful. The amenities were so thoughtful. The home was super clean and comfortable. My family settled in quite comfortably after a long day at a nearby water park. There were tons of food options nearby. Simon is an amazing, thoughtful host.

This townhouse is an absolute oasis. Everything you need is in this duplex- spacious and well appointed suites, great amenities and perfect location for all the NJ and NYC attractions you seek. His thoughtful and tasteful decor (as well as technological upgrades, hello bidets!) are just icing on the cake. The host Andre himself is incredibly personable, communicative and dedicated to making your stay as stress free as possible. If you are looking for a spot in Newark, as a couple or large family, you cannot miss with this one!

The Simon Stays property in Newark is nothing short of amazing and spectacular. Andre left no stones unturned. Snacks, stocked pantry, full-size toiletries, garment steamer! And I won’t forget the heated toilet seats in every restroom and bidets. I cannot stop marveling at the consideration and thought put into this property. Definitely will stay again!!!

The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere that instantly made me feel in an oasis. Every aspect of my stay was delightful and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a pleasant and stay.

This place is outstanding, very spacious, the amenities are endless, very very clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The self checking in/out is seamless. The host is very professional and responsive. The only thing that needs improvement are the squeaky doors and should be an easy fix, otherwise this place is just excellent for a big and small family, better than most 5 star hotels !!!
