Benihana - Cherry Hill (Pennsauken)

Dear Benihana Management, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my recent takeout order. I have been a loyal customer of this location for over 30 years, and I’ve always enjoyed both the food and service — until now. I ordered my usual Benihana Delight with chicken fried rice, but the experience was far below your standards. I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged, even though two staff members walked past me multiple times. When I finally received my order, the portion size seemed smaller than what’s typically served when dining in. The chicken was dry and cut into tiny, hard pieces, and the fried rice contained burnt onions. The chicken for the rice was simply placed on top as if it were a garnish, and there were barely any onions mixed in. Overa

So I'm not really a big fan of Benny's but when I say they food was amazing it was really good we ate at the bar (happy hour) we had appetizers and other things but the food was so good. We couldn't get a picture of everything,The new burger they offer is amazing. They seasoned the burgers like it was no tomorrow the french fries was hot wasn't nothing burnt. The spicy chicken dumplings was good and the tempura shrimps was fried to perfection. Lisa was the bar tender who took our order she was such a sweetheart and did an excellent job cause I'm a picky eater.... thank u sooo much And I'll be back soon

We arrived at 5:40 for a 6:00 reservation Waited to be seated until 6:25ish Then it took 40 mins! For someone to greet us and take drink orders By the time the chef arrived it was 8:40 We didn’t walk out until 10:05 PM destroyed all of our nightly plans It was somewhat busy but they had 2 servers and 3 cooks for 18+ tables $500 check and I barely could’ve gotten a refill Won’t go to this location ever again stay far away

We ordered food to go. The gluten-free rice was not marked I came inside to ask them about that without asking any questions they cooked me another gluten-free rice. Then I asked if we could eat inside even though we got food to go and we had paid for it they put all the tables together for me and my big family and we ate there .The service and the food are top notch don't go anywhere else don't overthink it come on down to this place they are the best

I had high hopes for coming here and was sadly disappointed. We got seated fairly quickly, no issues there. However we waited for approximately 30 minutes for the server to even come to take drink orders. Drinks took at least another 20 minutes. He only came back once the entire night for drink orders and immediately walked away after another guest ordered, not waiting around to see if anyone else needed another drink. Furthermore, the chef had to go ask the server during service to get rice as it appears he forgot about that. The server has to be asked about drinks and appetizers due to the lengthy wait. Mind you, I watched another server zip around and continuously kept her tables filled with drinks. After dinner/everyone was done eating, the entire table literally sat there for another
