Ben & Jerry's at the D.C. Wharf offers a variety of tasty ice cream flavors in a prime waterfront setting. On sunny days, you can enjoy sitting on a water-facing bench outdoors. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides excellent service. After exploring the area, I found it the perfect place for a treat. It offers flavors like Milk and Cookies and Chocolate Therapy, sorbets, and non-dairy options. You can also choose from waffle cones, shakes, and sundaes, all of which showcase the high quality of the ice cream.

So today was a very long day. I have been at the airport since 11 AM and it is now almost 11 PM and I decided to come for a little walk at the wharf and so I was like oh my God I’m so thirsty. Let me get some water and I walk into Ben & Jerry’s and I’m greeted by Daron. I quite enjoyed his smile and pleasant customer service. He gave me some samples and we had a nice conversation and I got some cookies and it was a wonderful experience.💕 Usually people suck. They always look like they hate their jobs. Because they probably do. But not Daron! He was a whole vibe.

Shanty should get a promotion, she was so nice and cooked. She just knows how to sell ice cream and to convince a customer to buy a larger size. We are from Germany. Liebe Grüße von Hans, Margret und Brigitte 👍🏼🥳

Shantee customer service is top-notch. She was quick to greet, genuinely helpful, and clearly care about me as a customer. She took the time to listen to my order, and went above and beyond what I expected. It’s refreshing to see an employee stand behind its products and treat customers with kindness and respect. Great service that truly lives up to its reputation!
