Ben & Jerry’s

We usually love Ben & Jerry’s, and the ice cream definitely didn’t disappoint — it tasted great as always. However, this visit wasn’t the best experience when it came to service. The line was really long, and only one employee seemed to be helping customers while the others were chatting amongst themselves. It was also hard communicating our orders — we had to repeat things multiple times because they weren’t really paying attention. Hopefully it was just an off day, because the ice cream itself was excellent. A little more focus on customer service would’ve made the visit much better.

I had such a great experience with Wilma and Caden today (apologies if I spelled their names wrong!). They were incredibly kind and patient. I came in with my toddler, who kept asking for different flavors and changing her mind, and both of them handled it with so much sweetness and kindness. They were also really knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Such a great time! I’ve been twice and had the pleasure of being helped by Thelma both times. She is so personable and gave us amazing recommendations. If not for the ice cream, come for the service alone!

I was a little disappointed because you never get to find an actual Ben and Jerry's store. I know around the corner in any direction is other ice cream stores that would have had better tasting items. But fun to visit if you're an old school Ben and Jerry's fan like me. Cheers

Great taste indeed, need to have more varieties, i tried the chunky monkey and it was really great, banana with fudge chunks and walnut, great mix indeed, highly recommended
