Ben & Jerry’s

It's great having another Ben & Jerrys in cleveland and it's great. With quick service and plenty of options they have all of your main staples you find at the grocery store but served at a much nicer temperature. There is also skoop shop exclusive flavors that you will not find at your local grocery stores. You will also find sundaes and drinks. It's a great time. It's also super close to the theaters at playhouse square. I just wish it had more seating there is only 5 table in the place and especially being in dow town cleveland no one wants to stand outside to eat ice cream for half of the year.

I was very excited to have been and Jerry's come to downtown Cleveland. This new prime location in centered in the middle of playhouse square with great operational hours. Inside is decorated with great murals of the famous cows and Cleveland landmarks. The cashier was super informative and nice and helped me select my order. Don't be afraid to ask for samples. With a wide variety of options there is something for everyone. Highly recommend if you are in the area or just leaving a show!

Callie was possibly the best ice cream store worker i’ve ever encountered. she was so sweet and kind. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL I LOVED HER. She talked us through what we wanted and cooked up an absolutely fire shake. She most definitely deserves a raise or even make her ceo of the dang company Callie for lifeeeeee. Thanks girl 🫶

I was glad that they put an ice cream shop downtown especially the fact that they stay open till 11:00 p.m. The place was new nice and clean. But the portion for the amount of money is ridiculous! Notice The lighter in the pictures for comparison that right there was $16!! Won't last long.

I had bought ice cream from this establishment a couple of times and today was the last straw. Today, the general manager Brittany, she served me ice cream with hair in it. That wasn't the first time either. Also she never gave me my receipt, throwing it away before I asked for it. She was also very distracted and rude. Once I got home I called up there asking for the store ID. Once she found out the reason why I was asking, she immediately started gate keeping. Kept giving me the address instead of the store ID, I wanted to report her to Cooperate for the lack of hygiene protocol and the lack of customer service. She gave me attitude saying I should have the store ID on my receipt which she threw away. Also it made no sense a GENERAL MANAGER is unable to access the store ID nor know the s
