Ben & Jerry’s

Good collection of ice creams, plenty of vegan and non dairy options to choose from. We tried the maachiato and strawberry swirl in the vegan options and we absolutely loved it! We were pleasantly surprised as it tasted just like any dairy icecream. Would definitely visit once again!

Alright folks, took a little family outing to Ben & Jerry's on Route 9 in Natick, MA. Now, I've been to my fair share of ice cream places, but this one? Whew, it's like they scooped out a piece of the North Pole and plunked it right there in Massachusetts. My mom, she's picky with her flavors, and my two girls? They treat picking an ice cream like they're choosing a college major. So much contemplation! But those young guys at the counter, saints, I tell ya. We probably looked like a wandering band of indecisive dessert seekers. With the patience of monks, they helped us navigate the vast seas of flavors. Not a hint of annoyance, just genuine smiles and maybe a suppressed chuckle or two at our little ice cream drama. By the end, with the perfect scoops in hand and my kids’ faces lighting

i got the cookie sundae and it wasn’t as i expected. the cookies were super hard and after a few tries i gave up. the sorbet tasted old. which makes sense because it was the only dairy free option. in addition to another ice cream. the man working made it very difficult to understand what he was saying and it took a lot of talking to order. i always hear amazing things about ben & jerry’s but this wasn’t it for me.

If I ever had to choose between Ben & Jerry's and Cold Stone, I will always choose Ben & Jerry's. I love the variety of flavors they offer, my favorite/go-to is the Stephen Colbert The Amercon Dream. If you guys never had it before I strongly recommend it. As far as the location goes, I think it's awesome and it's extremely convenient that it's located right outside of the mall. The staff is crazy friendly and helpful when it comes to helping you decided what flavor to choose. Overall great place and really good. I can't wait to visit this place again. *********************Reply to owner********************************** I would suggest to move some of your tables outside. This would provide more space inside and not feel as tight. Especially, when you have a larger crowd waiting in line.

The guy behind the counter deserves a standing ovation for his flavor recommendations – he's the Shakespeare of ice cream! We embarked on a flavor journey with two scoops of salted caramel Blondie in a chocolate dipped sprinkles waffle cone – it was like a caramel carnival in our mouths! And don't even get me started on the mint chocolate chip milkshake – it's so good, it should come with its own fan club! No green food coloring here, just pure, unadulterated deliciousness.
