Bella Fusion

Bella Fusion in Charlotte was amazing! Our whole table ordered a mix of dishes and everything was good. The drunken noodles were flavorful, the pad thai was great, the wings were seasoned well, and both the birria ramen and birria tacos were hits. The guacamole was truly top tier. The drinks were just as good, especially the guava mimosa. It was refreshing, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. The only thing that wasn’t top tier was the service. It was a bit slow at times and not as attentive as it could’ve been, but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, great food, great flavors, and I’d definitely come back.

My friend and I had the best time at Bella Fusion. This restaurant is a mixture of Latin and Asian cuisine, which they have perfected. We ordered their papaya platter, chilaquiles with steak and green salsa, guacamole with chips, and mango sticky rice. Everything we ate we LOVE! The service that pat gave us was phenomenal. She was very nice and super attentive.

The birria ramen was a 10 out of 10. I loved it. It was so flavorful. The birria taco was flavorful and wonderful as well. This was the best birria i’ve ever had no exaggeration! The fried rice and fried chicken was also really really yummy. I got some to go back home bc i’m visiting from Atlanta. This place is easily my go to and visiting charlotte now

Really solid spot. Food is good, portions are generous and prices are fair. Loved the little details too, like utensils that actually work well (you’d be surprised how rare that is 😄). The place was clean and comfortable, and our waitress was super warm and welcoming. Overall a great experience and definitely somewhere I’d come back to.

Found a little hidden gem! ✨ Discovered a new restaurant in metropolitan’s area near uptown on morehead st. right in the same shopping center as Chipotle. It’s cozy and inviting, with an amazing mix of Latin and Thai food — perfect for breakfast -lunch - dinner !! It honestly feels like eating at a friend’s house. I tried their mooping ( Thai street-style grilled pork with sticky rice — absolutely delicious! The fish tacos, avocado toast, and tuna tostada were all so fresh and flavorful. The papaya salad was perfectly balanced — spicy, tangy, and refreshing. And to top it off, mango, sticky rice, churro with chocolate sauce, and the chocolate lava cake was pure heaven. 🍫✨ Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.
