Brought in my taxes March 8th. Called a couple times and was told they were working on them. Finally April 12th I reprinted the forms and went to H&R Block. As of April 19th still have never gotten a call or received any communication from them. NOT DEPENDABLE! Extremely disappointed! I would have been screwed if I had depended on them to actually do their job!
Matt is outstanding. He is incredibly responsive, patient, and understanding. As a new business owner, I don't know how I would have maneuvered tax season without him!
I have Elizabeth V for my accountant. She is sssoo efficient, friendly and helpful.I trust her. I appreciate that she answers my questions throughout the year also.
