Erin is so great. I went throught the drive through and wanted to add to my order at the window and get a shot of espresso. I like to add honey and cinnamon to it and had forgot to ask for the cinnamon on top. Erin remembered my order from weeks ago and asked if I wanted the cinnamon on top also, I was so impressed that she had somehow remembered me just from ordering it one time before. This is by far the best beans and brew in town.
Definitely a great coffee joint and one of my favorite locations in the valley. Comfortable and clean. The staff is always friendly and it’s a nice place to meet people. Great East side location with convenient freeway access. Plus, they have a Dubai chocolate blended drink that is phenomenal!
It was bigger than other beans and brews I’ve been, how ever options were not that much. Also I’ve had the word danish in my life. Spending almost 4 dollars on a coffee shop danish which tastes like uncooked dough and also I asked to warm it up, which I don’t know why didn’t happen. Not happy with it
I don’t know what happened to this place. They used to be good. But my last four visits were terrible. The girls just don’t seem to care anymore. Every order has been incorrect. They just don’t pay attention to detail. My latest mocha was lukewarm, at best. How can I spend almost $8 on a coffee that’s not even hot. You have one job, to make the coffee hot, if requested hot. I can’t keep spending money on these things. It’s not worth it anymore. Ruined the one thing I look forward to daily. I won’t be back.
Listen, I love beans and brews, this location always makes my iced mocha perfectly. But WHY WOULD YOU DISCONTINUE THE WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE?!? I have ordered a “ham and cheddar” twice now and received havarti, havarti cheese is straight up not good. Please bring back the cheddar cheese. The ham & cheddar cheese croissant was the greatest thing ever and I got one every weekend. I am gravely disappointed by this. & the baristas acting like I’m insane for not wanting my sandwich bc it has havarti instead of cheddar is kinda crazy. Thank you
