Beacons Restaurant

We decided to stopped in at Beacons Restaurant on 85 Providence Hwy, in East Walpole for dinner. We sat at the 38 seat bar with multiple large screen TV's all around. The Bartender Leo was at the top of his game, from food recommendations to what to pair with our food. We ordered Salad & Buffalo Cauliflower with our drinks. Great choices while we waited for our dinner Entrées; of Seafood Fra Diavola with Mussels, Shrimp, Cod, and Salmon on top of Linguini in a Spicy Pomodoro Sauce; and a Grilled Pork Chop with a Roasted Potato Vegetable Hash in a Pomegranate Molasses Sauce. This place was a pleasant surprise. It is a great bang for your buck restaurant. I got a really good $28 seafood fra diavolo. The kids got some great kids meals with really good portions. A friend has many allergies and dietary restrictions and they were not phased at all. They were able to accommodate everything she asked for. This is a great place to bring the family or to have a nice drink at the lovely bar. The service was also top notch! Highly recommended!

First time at this restaurant and we will be back. The service by Nick was great. He was polite, attentive and very accommodating. Everything we had was delish and cooked to the correct level of doneness. My husband had the shrimp cocktail and he said it was the best cocktail sauce he’s had in a very long time.
