I had the surprise pleasure of stopping in after seeing their sign in front of Deluca’s on Charles St today! Matthew, the owner and baker, shared his knowledge and passion for his craft. I brought home about one of each to try with my mother-in-law who has Polish heritage. They are perfection! You can taste the skill and care put into them. Each bite is a delight and all are quite different from each other. The paçzki w rose jam (airy, and not overly-sweet) and the seed bread (wonderful texture and flavor!) were my favorites so far! We are so lucky to add this bakery (and expert baker!) to our lineup of ethnic bakeries in greater Boston!
The pastries were so good & fresh! We appreciated Georgia’s help and knowledge— it helped us pick out exactly what we wanted!
