Customer Reviews
Absolutely the best donuts in Chicago!! These donuts are made to perfection, no questions about it. They are super tasty and always fresh! My favorite is the glazed donut, it might be the best glazed donut in the world. Please don't ever switch or change how you make your donuts and never sell out. Continue to be unique and deliver exceptional quality. My to go orders are always boxed up so nicely and sealed, they pay attention to detail for sure. Try these donuts, you won't be disappointed!!
This review is based on my experience TODAY! I don't get here often but drove an hour to enjoy a donut before the calendar turns. Unfortunately, when I arrived home a couple of hours later to sit and enjoy my treat there was hair on the parchment paper with my donut (I'm a curly girl and this is NOT my hair.) To add to the disappointment, I noticed Beacon has too joined the food product shrinking movement. Whhhhyyyy!!!! The 1st photos are from today and last one is earlier this year (noticeably smaller). Ho hum, back to letting my own dough rise. Perhaps another trip it will be better. Hairnets or coverings in the kitchen please. My first off experience at this establishment.
Long line but moved fast for it being a rainy day. Their selection changes so it's not the same donuts in rotation. About 15 options or so this day. Half dozen was about $26. Donuts are huge could barely fit into the portioned boxes. Tried all my favorites and a new one pumpkin spice. Chocolate dipped was the best.
We tried the Oreo, birthday and chocolate & then I went back to get some donut holes to bring to my partner. Overall, I thought the donut holes were the best balanced! My partner didn’t even know they were vegan. It’s just a little drivethru alley shop so we walked to a nearby coffee shop to enjoy.
Not usually one to leave a review but these donuts are truly to die for - great flavors and the texture of their brioche donuts is incredible. Also I visited after they sold out of the donut holes which was disappointing but the employees quickly made my day by giving me 3 mini beignets on the house and they were AMAZING!!!! So I have to give a special shout out to the employees who were working on 3/8/26 - y’all put a genuine smile on my face today. Great donuts by even better people 😊.
