What a yummy cake!!! Darcy made a strawberry celebration cake for a 50th birthday we were celebrating and she did not disappoint! Her communication was wonderful and made the process easy since we are from out of town. Everyone loved it and we ate the whole cake! 10/10 recommend beachside bake shop for your birthday cake needs!!!

Beachside Bakeshop is amazing!! We loved EVERYsingle thing we tried from the chocolate raspberry brownies to their peanut butter cookies to red velvet cookies and MORE. They are so kind and very generous!

We were in Ocean Isle Beach for Memorial Day to celebrate my sister-in-laws birthday and needed a cake to help us celebrate, Darcy saved the day! She was so helpful from the start, she answered all my questions and made sure we got the perfect cake for my sister-in-law. The cake was amazing, we ordered the Death by Chocolate, somehow Darcy managed to hit all the rich, decadent chocolate notes you'd expect, but make the cake light enough that we all wanted (and had room for) a second piece. Just for fun I ordered an order of sugar cookies to go with it. These were such a big hit, the tropically themed cookies were the perfect edition to our beach trip. The next time we're in Ocean Isle Beach we'll definitely order from her again.

If you need a cake for a special occasion this is definitely the place to go. Ordered the Strawberry Celebration cake for a birthday while vacationing at OIB. Called the owner, Darcy, and ordered without ever having visited the shop. Could not be happier with this cake-served 16 very discerning guests and everyone raved about the taste and appearance. Truly one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. Darcy was so helpful and a real delight to work with! Didn’t want to take payment at the time of order because she wanted to be sure everything was right at pickup. How often does that happen in this day and age? She also graciously offered to share a recipe when I asked. Do not hesitate to use this bakery-you will not be disappointed!

This is a small but mighty bakery case found in the Kahuna surf shop. Today I bought a mix of everything to give to my veterinarian’s office as a thank you gift. It all looked wonderful and made for a lovely presentation. I walked away with a scone and a delicious cinnamon roll for myself! Will definitely be back.
