Second visit to Quality Inn Beach House Hilton Head and was very disappointed. Not sure what a $3.21 per day marketing fee is(are we contributing to your comped quests for time share)!! $25. Per day resort fee is ridiculous considering the outside bathrooms are a disgusting disgrace…dirty and old. Pool not kept clean.. mildew on sides and bottom dirty. No one to help with tricky umbrellas by the pool! The room needs a redo! Furniture shabby and one metal chair at the table. Refrigerator hardly cold at all… wound up with warm water and moldy cheese! Tiki bar and restaurant are nice and location to beach a plus. The blonde girl with pony tail was working hard around pool serving guests. I used to love this place but unfortunately would not recommend based on last visit. Like an old pair of
