B.C. Pizza Howard City

First time we ordered, estimated delivery time of 45 minutes and took over 3 hours... Made the mistake of giving it another try, subpar ingredients and just tasted off. Ground chicken instead of grilled is absolutely disgusting. My girlfriend ordered a more basic pizza(pep, bacon, pineapple) and got physically sick. The little Caesars has better quality.

If I could give a negative I would. Ordered 2 large specialty pies for delivery. At 630 pm. Took the order then called back 5 minutes later to say that can't deliver it. Well it's all paid for with delivery so we insisted it was infact delivered. Again told no. We asked for a manager they agreed to honner the exchange and he would deliver the pies. 90 minutes later he shows up with the food and leaves super fast after handing over the pies. Take inside and they were both cooked for like 4 minutes enough to get it hot without cooking then put in a box and looks to b flipped sideways everything is in the side of the box. Terrible management and terrible customer service. Negative 5 stars you suck

I absolutely LOVE this place and the employees! Me and my fiance went on a slow day(due to snow storm approaching) there was a bunch of pizza going to be thrown out. We told them we would donate it to local homeless people. The head cashier gave us 3 boxes and told us to take whatever was left on the buffet. We did just that and drove about 35 miles to Market Square in downtown Grand Rapids and gave the pizza to the homeless.

Totally cornered the market in Howard City! This is the best that town has to offer- which isn’t saying much! Outrageous prices for pizza and breadsticks… anything over 35 for 1 pizza and an order of sticks is outrageous! Long wait for delivery so food isn’t hot but warm.. and expected tip on top… very disappointing… better off cookin at home

We went to the lunch buffet which is 11am-2pm. We went around 12:30pm and the pizzas were all a little cold. The salad bar was on point. Service was good. When we mentioned the pizzas were cold they brought out new ones. Lots of things for the littles to do and play.
