The chicken is amazing 😋 I love the boneless wings. I’ve tried Honey Garlic, Special Sauce, Galbi, and the regular; they were all amazing in taste. The restaurant is in a food court so when it’s busy it can be hard to find a seat, but most times I don’t have to wait. Usual wait time is around 20-30 minutes for the food to be ready. Only complaint that cost them 5-stars from me was on my last trip, I gave them a tip but I noticed i wasn’t given the 20 boneless wings owed to me. There were a few tiny pieces in there that had barely any meat on them that I assume they counted as the wings. But still overall, I have high marks for this place.

"Disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined." Item I got: Golden Original whole chicken This is worst fried chicken I've had quite a while. The meat was dry and burnt here and there. It was shocking that small chicken could turn so tough with barely anything to chew. Not to mention absolute abysmal service from the counter. This is no shape or form a Korean Chicken. This is marginally better than "grocery grade dried overcooked fried chicken" expecting regular Korean chicken pricing.

Horrible and chewy not as advertised for 35 bucks not worth it save your money. I actually want a refund cause it was just that bad sorry not sorry.

“A whole damn chicken and you give me TWO sauces? Are you kidding me?” What kind of backhanded, half-assed business model is this? I’m ordering a full chicken, not a sad kid’s meal. And yet, I’m told — with the driest, most condescending tone imaginable — that I only get two sauces. TWO. Not even a “would you like to add more?” Just: “That’s it.” The person taking my order? Absolutely vile. Not rude in a funny, quirky way — I mean genuinely unpleasant. Like I had ruined their day just by walking in. Cold eyes, snappy tone, zero effort. You could feel the “you don’t like it? then leave” attitude oozing off them like bad cologne. Look — if you hate your job, take it up with your manager. Don’t take it out on paying customers who just wanted some damn chicken. You want to charge me nearly

Service: rude,attitude, took 33 minutes to get my order. (1 item on menu) Handed me the bag rudely. No sauce no Napkins. The seating is shared with 6 other restaurants, it's hard to find a seat. Food: the wings were good. 1/10 don't recommend. Price: $19.50 for 8 wings (Insane!)
