bb.q Chicken Closter

Disgusting. ALL chicken was pink and instead of giving me a refund (like I kept asking for), they gave me STORE CREDIT. They also said their chicken is supposed to look like this. And when I went to use it later on, the lady was rude because I didn’t tell her over the phone that I was using credit. How was I supposed to know that and why does it matter?? Id give it 0/10 for the incredibly RUDE and CHEAP ladies and small and terrible chicken.

I went to this restaurant before a two weeks a go with my two friends. It was a small restaurant. Clean place. Girl who worked front was so nice. We had lots of food on that day. We really enjoyed the food it was so delicious. Thank you guys keep it up ..

The food is good. The service sucks. Folks have a dismissive attitude. Also the the hours online and posted on the store front are incorrect. On the store window and online they have closing time listed as 9pm. I walked in at 8:33 and was told the kitchen was closed to orders at 8:30. If that’s the policy then it should be posted. But also what would have taken to say hey this is the policy but you walked in 3 minutes after “close” so I’ll do you a favor this time. I could have been informed and fed and left happy and they could’ve had my money. Spoiled my whole day as I had been waiting to get this meal all day.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. I placed my order using website. I received an immediate response from bbq chicken. Bbq chicken sent me a text estimating the time my chicken would be ready. The Soy and garlic chicken was delicious and that was my first time trying this restaurant. I picked my food the cashier was pleasant and had everything in my to go bag. I have worked in restaurants and I have my food handler's license. Great job bbq Chicken, your food is worth cackling about.

Edited: food delicious, customer service was OK but left a bad taste in my mouth bc of the condescending tone. It wad disappointing bc I tipped and felt unappreciated as a customer. Next time will try again - but will be careful when ordering online and remember to order cheese and pay $2 for said cheese instead of giving a $11 tip.
