Customer Reviews
5 stars this pool was so fun. Me and my friend were going to go down the slide then my friend went then the whistle blew. I said oh no i dont get to go and the lifeguard said you can go it’s ok! I was so happy that life guard was so Kind. We told she was the best lifeguard ever. Her name was Laura.
Below review by Carmen Luna is bogus. This pool is private to the residents of our town and it shouldn’t get negative reviews because people from out of state couldn’t get in. Also, the lady seems like a complete Karen. Looking at her other reviews it seems like she’s all about bashing other companies because her unrealistic expectations couldn’t be met. Anyway - great pool for kids. I gave it three stars because: 1. It could be cleaner! I see too much gunk in the water and the whole thing REEKS like urine. 2. Bay hasn’t figured how to open it on Sunday’s yet which is unfair because that’s half the weekend!
I am not a resident but came with a resident here to this filthy pool last year, no room to swim, stuck up people who work there and if you have tattoos god forbid don't show your face! The reasoning why its "resident only access" still beats me because its just as comparable to any other city pool except anywhere else you probably won't get judged. Don't be too upset that its resident only, you can find better. I would hate to live in that city that I pay so highly to live in and yet have a poopy pool like that.
Never been here, but really want to. I'm not a resident though. And I really really wish Bay Village would take a cue from neighboring towns and let us enjoy their pool for a fee. It's got a real haves and have-nots feel, huh? My town allows for non-residents to enjoy our pool for a small fee and I love my pool. I just want to be able to let my kids explore other nearby areas and it's so hard to explain why they are not allowed to go here. It just doesn't make sense.
Lot's of fun things to do for the kids. Waterslide, diving board, large pool. Great community pool
