Holy moly - this place is delicious. Total foodie here. I had the evergreen delight and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat another bagel that is not this one. The sea salt sprinkled on top of the bagel is phenomenal - the filling is so perfectly portioned. Beyond worth pulling off the highway for a meal. Could easily eat one half for lunch and one for dinner. We will be back!

My family has quickly come to LOVE The Bavarian Bagel Co in Cashmere! The employees have all been great! The seating area is cozy and kid friendly. Bagels are hands down the best we’ve had! The different “schmears” available are perfectly flavored. Thank you for coming to Cashmere!

I honestly love this place. The bagels are always fresh with so many good options that it’s hard to pick just one, and somehow, they’re perfect every single time. You can tell they actually care about what they’re putting out. And their chocolate chip cookies with sea salt are unreal. They’re soft in the middle, perfectly golden on the outside, and that little bit of sea salt just makes the chocolate pop. I don’t even usually go out of my way for cookies, but I will for these. What really makes it special, though, is the people. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and efficient without ever making you feel rushed. Even when it’s busy, they stay calm and welcoming. My wife and I went in to try the bagels out and we both agree that they may have been the best bagels we have ever had! Very impressed and happy to have such a great little establishment in Cashmere.

Loved the Encanto sandwich & the white chocolate Americano. Sage & Jones were very friendly. There was a long line, but I got my food & drink quickly. Will be a great breakfast or lunch option!
