Last night, we were lucky to find this restaurant—it was the only one open near us after 10 p.m. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. They took great care of us, and the food was simply spectacular. Our server, Shanie, was an absolute delight. She made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. And the food... wow! The chef, Cindy, surprised us with every dish. You could taste the passion and talent in every bite. If you're looking for a place with delicious food and amazing service, this is it. I highly recommend it—you won't regret it!

If I could give Batch more than five stars, I absolutely would. I stopped into Batch on a whim after spending the day driving to Niagara Falls State Park. I had driven all the way out from Indiana, just chasing the experience, and by the time I got there the kitchen had already closed. It was 10:15 ish. Most places would’ve politely told me I was out of luck, but not here. The bartender was nothing short of incredible. Even with the kitchen closed, she somehow managed to serve me the best clam chowder I have ever had in my life. And I don’t say that lightly it was top-tier, absolutely amazing. The kind of food you don’t forget. The kind that makes you stop mid-bite and just appreciate where you are. But what truly set this place apart wasn’t just the food it was the heart behind it. She

Lisa always does a great job behind the bar. Service was great. Wings were cooked perfect. Great flavor. Nice choice of flavors. A must stop for wings in Niagara Falls.

We really enjoyed our dinner at batch. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed experiencing the local scene while on our road trip to Niagara falls. This service was absolutely fantastic and we felt right at home in this place. Would definitely recommend the beef on weck sandwich and the gravy fries. Also was very accommodating to vegetarian needs. It felt like they were playing our music playlist.

My mouth still waters from the thought of the absolutely incredible sauces the mix up. I was in town from South for a family reunion and I so wish Batch was near me. Definately the best wings and stuffed shrooms I've ever had by far. The bar tendor was the best I've ever had the pleasure of company by far. The atmosphere was perfect. They had excellent live music the second time I visited, because I couldnt not return for a second visit, even though my trip was very short. The conversation with the neighborhood folks was the best I've ever had the pleasure of having in a joint by far...... Thank yall so much everyone.
