Batch Cupcakery

Horrendous customer service. We ordered 18 cupcakes for a kids bday. Asked for colored sprinkles, and they did not add the sprinkles (probably could have lived with just that). On top of that, 6 of them were damaged and they blamed me for it saying it was a 10 minute car ride and the AC ruined some but not all of the frosting. I provided proof that they were not damaged from the car ride, and still no one was able to give us product that wasn’t damaged. Very poor customer service. Edit - now instead of it being our AC, it was that my car was too hot. I had been in my car for an hour prior to picking them up and the climate control was set at 71 degrees. UPDATE: I called the bakery and the gal working told me they could replace it but when I called back to set up the pick up she said the owner wanted to talk to me first. I called back the next day and was told she was busy but would call me back. She never did. Bummer. Gluten free chocolate cupcakes did not taste like chocolate, more like a carob. I was disappointed it tasted like a healthy muffin rather than a sweet chocolate cupcake.

I have been going here for years since I am allergic to eggs. They always have a large selection of vegan cupcakes. They also have other vegan goodies such as brownies and cookies!

Great spot in Reno! Cupcakes are Awesome and way better in so many ways then those cookie places that just load you up on sugar rush!

The cupcake was pretty good, yummy and moist. But not a big selection for gluten free, only four different kinds. And this is how much I had in my latte cup BEFORE drinking it. UPDATE: You can order gluten free cupcakes ahead of time and I am excited to do so. The ones I had were delicious.
